Furnace & Duct Cleaning
We thoroughly clean the furnace interior including the fan, motor, heat exchanger, burners, and air conditioner coil, as well as all hot air ducting and cold air returns. Sanitization and deodorizing are included to ensure cleaner, healthier air in your home or business.
Dryer Vent Cleaning
This includes any size of residential and commercial building. Cleaning is done from the outside of the structure, extracting lint to the outdoors.
Bathroom Vent Cleaning
We carefully remove vent covers and thoroughly clean the fan, motor and housing. High-powered air is then blown through the exhaust tubes to remove any remaining dust, lint, mold, and debris—improving airflow, preventing moisture buildup, and ensuring fresher, healthier air.

Thorough cleaning of 1 furnace and 1 air conditioning coil and up to 15 ducts. Additional ducts cost $9/vent. Sanitization and deodorizing are inclusive as well.

No problem, we will do the same cleaning process for an additional furnace and/or air conditioning. Extra charges do apply - $200/additional furnace and AC.

For a dryer vent cleaning on the side of the house it is $150. If booked with a full furnace and duct cleaning, it is $75. For a rooftop dryer vent cleaning it is $150. Call 403-320-7740 for details.

There is a mileage charge for out of town customers of $1.50/km however we only charge for ONE way of travel.
